My favourite part was when the demonstrator dude didn’t want to pick up one little fake poop…….but then he picked up a whole tray filled with it. It was fake of course!

You had to:
1. Put your legs together.
2. Hold some weights
3. Cross your arms into a X like Black Panther.

4. Get someone to spin you around
5. Then you had to open up your arms and you would do faster. When I crossed my arms I went slow and when I let them out I sped up.
